What i belive a portrait to be is literally the connection between subject and photographer, where the photographer is challenged with the most selfless act possible. It isnt enough to capture someone on film or digital file, literally it takes the imagination and the service to another living being to capture them in that they can isntantly identify with but could of never put into work
